Indie game studio

We build worlds worth getting lost in.

Hand-crafted pixel adventures, fully offline, for curious kids — and the grown-ups who love them. No accounts. No ads. No tracking, ever.

Slow studio. Big worlds. No tracking — ever.

We're named after the jabuti, the little tortoise that wins by going the distance. We make games the patient way: made pixel by pixel, built to last, and designed to respect your family from the very first tap.

Our team

A dad, two kids, and one very patient tortoise.

Jabuti, the studio mascot

Our mascot is a jabuti — the little Brazilian tortoise we’re named after. He isn’t fast, but he’s the one that finishes the journey: patient, careful, and built to last. That’s exactly how we make our games — by hand, with love, the slow and steady way.

And we make them as a family. Ricardo (the dad) writes the code and draws the art — but the real game designers are Nicolas, 8, and Thomas, 7. Every build is playtested by the toughest, most honest critics in the house: if it isn’t fun for them, it doesn’t ship. The boys invent dragons, name worlds, pitch ideas, and vote on what makes the cut.

Ricardo

Ricardo

Dad-in-Chief · code, art & coffee

Turns a pile of brilliant 7- and 8-year-old ideas into a real game you can actually play — all powered by the Mega Brain.

Nicolas

Nicolas · age 8

Chief of Clever Patterns & Kindness

Sees how every piece fits together, and makes sure the whole game feels kind, calm, and fair to play.

Thomas

Thomas · age 7

Director of Chaos, Art & Big Booms

If it can explode, sparkle, or make you laugh out loud, it was almost certainly his idea.
